An unregulated legal practice in Worcestershire is looking for candidates to assist with the setup and operation of a CLC regulated law firm. The firm specializes in writing trusts—primarily protective property trusts and asset protection trusts—as well as limited probate and related conveyancing. To establish the new firm, they seek a solicitor or licensed conveyancer to serve as HOLP and HOFA. They are recruiting for the following roles:

1. A consultant lawyer to lead the firm and be the responsible person. Trusts experience is advantageous, but candidates without it can act as conveyancers or private client solicitors to help launch the firm. The hourly rate for this role is £45-50.
2. A senior solicitor with basic trusts and LPA experience to manage the firm. Willingness to act as the manager is required. Full or part-time hours will be considered. Salary is approximately £70k pro-rata.

Both roles can be performed fully remotely, with no office attendance required.
