The Faculty of Science and Health is looking to appoint a dedicated individual who wish to explore a career as a Technician by joining the existing Faculty Technical team. The successful candidate will be part of a large Faculty based technical provision, which supports teaching, research and innovation activity. The role will be based primarily within the Decontamination Team based in the Dental Academy. You will demonstrate professionalism, good communication skills, an ability to organise and prioritise workload and a commitment to providing support to enhance the service we provide to the research and teaching activities of the Faculty. This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 05 October 2026. This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 18 December 2026. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy.
