The Role: You will work as part of the Estates and Campus Services Maintenance team, working autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for staff and students throughout all University buildings. To ensure that all works are carried out efficiently and are compliant with university procedures and statutory legislation. To participate in out of hours call out and late cover rota for electrical issues.
This position is working on-site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.

Salary Information: New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe.
