Job summary

Coventry College is seeking a motivated Faculty Coordinator to help run the College smoothly, supporting students and staff, and maintaining efficient administrative systems. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail within a busy FE environment.

You will contribute to data management, document preparation and compliance, while working with colleagues to deliver a positive learner experience. 37 hours a week, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with colleagues, learners and partners.
  • Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • High accuracy in data handling, correspondence and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support students and staff to ensure smooth College operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, data entry and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliant documentation.
