ABP UK, a major division of the ABP Food Group, is growing its Penston site in Glasgow and requires a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager across all retail lines. You will oversee line performance, yield and labour deployment, ensuring smooth material flow from butchery and debag, and help achieve OEE targets.

You will deputise for the Production Manager when required, lead team briefings, manage handovers and contribute to continuous improvement, all while maintaining GMP,

Qualifications

• English language skills are essential and will be tested.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 and HACCP certification required.
• Experience supervising production lines is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily production plans on retail lines.
• Trace yield, downtime and line performance.
• Coordinate with butchery, mince and debag areas for continuous flow.
• Manage shift handovers and line resourcing.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, traceability, and allergen controls.
• Lead meetings and assist in performance reviews.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
