Greencore Wisbech is hiring a Factory Team Leader to guide and support the shift, ensuring production targets, quality and safety standards are met.

You will organise workload, motivate the team, and work with management to keep the line running smoothly on a 4-on, 4-off days schedule, with a £14.67 per hour rate and opportunities for development. This role involves hands-on leadership in a busy food production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in production.
• Understanding of Food Safety, Health & Safety.
• Ability to plan workloads and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the shift team.
• Plan workload and allocate tasks to meet timescales.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Motivate colleagues and provide guidance to the team.
• Monitor performance and maintain HACCP/GMP compliance.
