Job summary

Greencore Group plc in Leeds is recruiting a Machine Operator for the Green Shift to operate packaging lines, assist with line maintenance, and support quality control within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role offers rotating day and night shifts (4 on, 4 off) with a pay rate of £15.12 per hour, and a training rate of £13.31 per hour for the first 12 weeks. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining factory machinery.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support line assets with the team.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform maintenance.
• Complete quality documentation and sign-off.
• Adhere to GMP and safety practices.
• Support process improvements and training.
