Job summary

MorePeople is seeking a Production Line Leader in Tonbridge to head a frontline team in a fast-paced packhouse. You will ensure safe, efficient operation and target achievement while coaching staff and maintaining best-in-class quality.

Initially, the role pays £14.07 per hour during training and £15.27 per hour after successful training, with a 4 days on / 3 days off pattern. You’ll work closely with Planning, Warehouse, Quality and Production Management to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Previous production, packhouse or supervisory experience would be desirable.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating a team, giving clear instructions and leading by example.
• Ensuring production targets and run rates are achieved.
• Monitoring product quality and reporting issues promptly.
• Maintaining health & safety, HACCP, GMP and hygiene standards.
