Job summary

Greencore, Newark site (Nottinghamshire), is recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative - Days to join our fast-paced, chilled-dessert production facility. You will oversee production lines, assemble components, and ensure GMP and food safety compliance on a 4-on/4-off days pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is essential.
• Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Experience with Food Safety and GMP standards.
• Good understanding of English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and help lead teams of operatives (10–25 people).
• Assemble materials and packaging components into finished products.
• Ensure safe systems of work and GMP standards are followed.
• Complete traceability paperwork and operate machinery.
• Support training and onboarding of new employees.
