Responsibilities

• Lead packing operations at Carriden site to meet KPI targets
• Drive quality, food safety, and housekeeping standards and audit actions
• Implement and deploy the Greencore Operating System to optimise performance
• Set manning and oversee training, development, and performance management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead Kaizen and Top Loss initiatives across the site
