Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise production to maximise efficiency while meeting customer service targets.
• Manage stock levels across finished goods, WIP and offsite inventory accurately.
• Monitor factory performance daily for strong operational flow and timely delivery.
• Forecast production needs to support material availability and labour planning.
• Track, analyse and improve KPIs to drive continuous operational excellence.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs and optimise planning processes.
