Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd in Leicester is seeking a physically fit Factory Labourer to join our busy joinery manufacturing environment. You will load and unload large joinery components, pack finished products for dispatch, and help production teams while following health and safety procedures.

You will work in a physically demanding role with regular heavy lifting, and flexibility in hours to meet production needs. This position offers ongoing work in a busy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Previous factory, warehouse, joinery, or labouring experience preferred.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good awareness of Health & Safety.
• Must be flexible with working hours depending on production requirements.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Packaging and preparing products for dispatch.

Hours: Standard Hours - 7am to 4pm Mon to Thu / 7am to 1pm on Fri - must be flexible with working hours and be prepared to work later than 4pm regularly
