Job summary

Prime-Appointments in Witham, Essex, is seeking a Factory Operative to join a busy production team. You’ll pack finished products, assist with assembly, operate production machinery with full training, label orders, and ensure quality before dispatch.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday day shifts, with early finish each Friday and weekly pay. On-site parking is provided and training is given.

Qualifications

• Experience in factory/manufacturing or packaging is preferred.
• Reliable with good timekeeping and strong team-working skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Factory Operative, you'll play a key role in the day‑to‑day production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched to a high standard.

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
