The Best Connection is recruiting a Site Labourer in Bredbury for a long-term role within a leading manufacturing environment. You'll help keep production areas running smoothly, maintain a clean and safe workplace, and support materials handling and despatch processes.

Starting pay is £13.95 per hour, with increases to £14.86 after 12 weeks and the potential to earn up to £17.09 per hour on rotating shifts, plus regular overtime and a 3-day weekend on the standard shift.

The Role

As a Site Labourer, you'll be an essential part of the operation, helping to keep production areas running efficiently and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

You'll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing teams, moving materials and finished goods, and ensuring high standards are maintained across the site.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday

To support future business growth, there may be a transition to rotating morning and afternoon/evening shifts, so flexibility is important.
