Job summary

Sincereal UK is seeking an experienced IT professional to act as the key link between site operations, Group IT, and external technology partners at the Bromborough site.

You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, local infrastructure, and Dynamics 365 F&SCM responsibilities, coordinating with manufacturing and engineering teams to keep systems reliable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor governance skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to ~200 employees at Bromborough site.
• Oversee end-user computing and local infrastructure.
• Manage Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation support, testing and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and IT service governance.
• Ensure security, compliance and business continuity locally.
• Act as site liaison between operations and Group IT.
