ABB UK is seeking a Finance Leader at the Coleshill manufacturing site. You will lead financial processes, monitor data, and provide expert insight to optimize performance. You will partner with the Factory Manager to implement strategic plans and ensure robust financial controls.

The role requires 3+ years in financial leadership within manufacturing, strong leadership and communication, and experience with SAP/ERP changes. Onsite work in Coleshill, UK is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Financial Leadership role in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and ERP changes/implementations.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional finance qualification.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial processes and transactions to optimize financial performance for the factory/site.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret financial data to support effective business decisions.
