Job summary

ABB Coleshill, UK manufacturing site is seeking a Financial Leader to run key financial processes, lead a small team and partner with the Factory Manager to optimize financial performance. You will translate the finance strategy into actionable plans and drive forecasting and controls.

The role requires 3+ years in financial leadership in manufacturing, strong SAP knowledge, and a recognized financial qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Financial Leadership role within manufacturing/operations.
• Enhanced knowledge of SAP and experience with ERP system changes/implementations.
• Possess a recognized financial qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial processes and transactions to optimize performance for the factory/site.
• Partner with Factory Manager to determine strategy and develop a global business model.
• Translate the finance strategy into business plans and establish measurable targets; oversee planning and forecasting.
• Ensure robust business controls are in place and aligned with group policies.
