ABB UK is seeking a Senior Financial Leader to drive the financial performance of its factory sites. You will lead financial processes, monitor data, and recommend strategic solutions to optimize profitability and efficiency.

You will collaborate with factory leaders across two sites, translate strategy into actionable plans, and ensure robust controls. This role requires strong leadership, manufacturing insight, and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-class financial analysis and translate data into actionable metrics.
• Experience leading finance teams in manufacturing/ops settings and delivering controls.
• Experience with ERP changes/implementations is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel between two locations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping the finance strategy for the factory/manufacturing site.
• Partner with factory managers to develop and implement the global business model.
• Translate finance strategy into business plans with measurable targets and oversee forecasting.
• Ensure robust business controls aligned with group policies.
