ABB is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead its Coleshill (UK) manufacturing unit, covering Production, Planning, Maintenance, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics. You will own site performance, align with EMEA standards, and shape KPIs and working practices across the network.

Work model is hybrid onsite with options for home-based work per site guidelines; you will lead teams to deliver safely, on time, and with quality at competitive cost.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent.
Experience leading manufacturing/operations.
Lean/Excellence and ISO knowledge.
Proven KPI transparency and data-driven improvements.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations to deliver safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.
Lead improvement programs and standardize processes across the EMEA network.
Manage site budget, CAPEX and financial performance.
Secure on-time delivery and optimize lead times with planning and logistics.
Drive inventory management and working capital efficiency.
Develop and coach site teams; ensure staffing and succession planning.
