While financial experience helps, the role values strong Excel skills, keen attention to detail and the ability to partner with factory personnel to drive insights and improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with ability to work on own initiative.
• Previous experience in data analysis, stock control or financial analysis/admin roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high attention span.

Responsibilities

• Handle large data sets and check for anomalies.
• Prepare and analyse key management accounting reports (Labour efficiency and Material Variance).
• Set up part codes and product BOMs.
• Partner with factory personnel to drive insights and decisions.
