Job summary

Greencore is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the local finance team, ensuring robust controls and balance sheet integrity. You will partner with operations to drive value, support budgeting and capital planning, and provide data‑driven insights for decision making. A focus on risk, sustainability, and inclusion is expected across the function.

You will lead analytics improvements and collaborate with senior leaders to challenge performance and enhance margins in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Post‑qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA is required.
• Experience in operational or commercial decision support in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local finance team to its full potential.
• Own internal control environment and balance sheet integrity with monthly reviews.
• Provide decision‑support and financials for business cases and capital investments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, conversion reconciliation and performance challenge for budget holders.
• Collaborate with data/analytics to deliver insights for senior leadership.
• Manage cyber/data risk and support sustainability commitments.
