Job summary

Greencore, a leading UK food producer, is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide analysis and insight to support stakeholders and strengthen budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on relevant KPIs within manufacturing.

You will drive weekly flash and P&L reporting, assist month-end close, build cross-functional relationships, and contribute to quarterly forecasts with strong costing discipline. In return, you gain access to Greencore Benefits and a comprehensive pension, plus share save options.

Qualifications

• Previous management accounts experience essential.
• Finance experience in Logistics or FMCG/Manufacturing is a benefit.
• Numerate and literate.
• Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and insight to support stakeholders and budgeting/forecasting.
• Ensure financial reporting (weekly flash, weekly P&L, month-end close) is accurate and timely.
• Report KPIs to monitor and drive positive change.
• Input costing accurately and on schedule.
• Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support quarterly forecasts and inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and monitor monthly reports and resolve queries promptly.
• Validate and monitor excellence initiatives for monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to aid interpretation and decision making.
