You will support IBP, lead PLR reviews, analyse portfolio performance, and propose data-driven cost improvements while collaborating across functions to ensure consistent processes. This role blends analytical rigor with stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in commercial data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data management tools.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for presenting insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly IBP process with data-driven materials.
• Lead the Project Lifecycle Review (PLR) process and capture insights for future projects.
• Incorporate PLR findings into IBP reporting and commercial review processes.
• Analyse range performance within the portfolio and identify concerns.
• Assist portfolio management with improvement initiatives and strategic recommendations.
• Step in for the Portfolio Manager to ensure continuity of business.
• Collaborate across functions to standardise portfolio processes.
• Deep-dive cost structures across sites to improve competitiveness in bids.
