Job summary

NUVIA UK is seeking a Package Manager for Facility Integration & Requirements Management in a contract, hybrid role based around Culham. You will support the AER Project Manager and coordinate MPAC implementation across building services and infrastructure.

Key duties include stakeholder engagement, layout development, and ensuring traceability of requirements while aligning with safety and CDM regulations. A technical degree and Chartered status are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering, construction, facilities, project management, or technical degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Engineer, Chartered Project Professional or equivalent desirable.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations and infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, infrastructure, modification or facility repurposing projects within complex environments.
• Experience managing technical interfaces, stakeholder requirements and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Review MPAC facility designs and assess applicability to the J1 Building configuration.
• Develop MPAC pre-concept facility layouts integrating stakeholder requirements, operational needs and constraints.
• Organise, facilitate and document stakeholder engagement for requirements and interfaces.
• Coordinate modifications to J1 infrastructure and services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Coordinate technical, operational, programme, facility and organisational interfaces for MPAC implementation.
• Coordinate engineering studies, surveys, inspections, and technical evaluations for concept development and remediation.
• Support development and maintenance of project controls information.
• Develop and maintain the J1 Building Management Strategy work pack and related actions.
