Job summary

NUVIA UK, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Owners Scope procurement activities across a regulated infrastructure programme. Based in Warrington with hybrid working, you will plan and coordinate procurement packages, govern reporting, and support decision making.

The role requires strong procurement interface management, robust project controls, and a track record of delivering in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience working within large-scale, regulated infrastructure programmes with strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Qualifications include a degree in a related discipline and recognised project management accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain package schedules, cost forecasts and risk/issue logs; monitor supplier performance and drive timely resolution of delivery and technical issues.
• Manage interfaces between Owners Scope suppliers and the wider delivery organisation to ensure clear handoffs and readiness.
• Chair/attend package progress reviews, supplier meetings and interface workshops with actions tracked and closed.
• Maintain documentation, action logs and reporting in line with project controls and information management requirements.
• Promote collaboration and consistent ways of working across procurement, commercial and project controls teams and partners.
