  • Support development of the JDR Civils / Building Management Strategy at RIBA Stage 1, ensuring outputs are structured as client-side strategic briefs and plans.
  • Align MPAC requirements, building condition information, maintenance assessments, cost data, environmental assessments, enabling works and other supporting evidence into a coherent RIBA Stage 1 brief.
  • Coordinate SQEP input from Estates, Engineering, Waste, QSHE Risk & Assurance, Finance, Planning, Asset Management, Operations, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Consolidate and manage actions arising from relevant forums, programmes and workstreams, maintaining clear ownership, dependencies, assumptions, evidence gaps, decisions and routes to closure.
  • Support development of governance, assurance and decision-making outputs.
