Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Package Manager - Facility Integration & Requirements Management to lead the development and realization of critical infrastructure within a highly regulated environment. You will assess facility designs, develop pre-concept layouts, coordinate stakeholder engagement, manage technical interfaces, and support asset condition assessments.

This role requires strong governance, cross-disciplinary coordination, and a proven track record in regulated infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in civil and structural engineering, facility adaptation and infrastructure planning.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication to build consensus.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing facility designs and develop pre-concept layouts.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and manage technical interfaces.
• Support asset condition assessments and ensure multidisciplinary integration.
• Lead development of strategic briefs aligned with project milestones.
• Oversee modifications to infrastructure in a regulated environment.
