Job summary

NUVIA UK, a VINCI Construction subsidiary, is seeking a Project Manager in Glasgow to lead infrastructure projects. The role involves hybrid work, managing from preparation through to commissioning, and ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.

Key requirements include hands-on construction experience with building services, NEC4 contract management, and strong commercial awareness. Security clearance and on-site work ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Available to work on site and able to obtain Security Clearance.
• Hands on construction background with building services experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure works.
• Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of cost/value in packages.
• Experience managing delivery using NEC4 contracts and stakeholder management.
• IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management of preparation, delivery and commissioning phases of infrastructure works.
• Provide project management capability and deliver project objectives.
• Lead and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Manage contracts with industry partners, monitor quality, time and cost.
• Forecast budgets and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Support project assurance and gateway reviews and ensure delivery confidence.
• Ensure compliance with processes and infrastructure procedures.
• Close contracts after delivery and ensure financials are settled.
