Details:

• Full Time, 37 hours
• Temporary up to 6 months
• Grade 05: £30,675.61-£31,987.52 p.a.

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time temporary Facility Duty Manager (FDM).

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead your team in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of a designated leisure facility. You will assist in achieving performance targets and standards in delivering high-quality leisure services aligned with OneRen objectives and customer needs.

Candidate Requirements

This role requires experience in supervising or leading large operational teams, with the ability to adapt within a dynamic environment and drive daily operations.

You will need to lead change and development in line with service redesigns, and support the Area Manager in employee-related matters, including attendance, health and safety, discipline, grievance procedures, financial reporting, and facility plant and maintenance procedures.
