Position Details:

• Full Time, 37 hours
• Temporary up to 6 months
• Grade 05: £30,675.61-£31,987.52 p.a.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time temporary Facility Duty Manager (FDM).

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead your team in the safe and efficient day-to-day running of a designated leisure facility. You will assist the Area Manager in achieving performance targets and standards in delivering high-quality leisure services aligned with OneRen objectives and customer needs.

This role requires experience in supervising or leading large operational teams, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment while driving daily operations.

You will need to lead change and development in line with service redesign initiatives and support the Area Manager with employee-related matters, including attendance, health and safety, discipline, grievance procedures, financial reporting, and facility maintenance.

If you have relevant experience, strong leadership skills, energy, and drive, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

You may be required to work at any OneRen location based on business needs.
