Job summary

Vision RT is seeking a Facilities & Office Supervisor to manage day-to-day office facilities, front-of-house services, and workplace operations. You will maintain a safe, professional environment for employees, visitors and contractors, coordinating suppliers and contractors while ensuring standards and security are met.

The role offers exposure to facilities budgeting, risk assessments and continuous improvement in a fast-growing MedTech setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or similar environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in an office environment.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of office facilities and workplace services.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and visitor management.
• Maintain office presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and service delivery.
• Support office moves, relocations and workplace improvements.
• Ensure health, safety compliance and risk assessments are conducted.
