Tilo Consulting is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own a complex technical site in Bristol, including cleanrooms, laboratories, and manufacturing spaces. You will ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while leading internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven facilities management experience in a technical or regulated environment.

• Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading high-tech manufacturing and engineering organisation. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a complex technical site, including cleanrooms, laboratories, manufacturing spaces, and critical infrastructure, while leading both internal teams and specialist service partners.
