Facilities Team Member

Location: London, EC1V 7AF

Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday - Sunday.

Salary: £28,958 - £35,039 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Essential: A full driving licence valid for driving in the UK

What you'll be doing as a Facilities Team Member

• Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing
• Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
• Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
• Logging any maintenance issues and following up accordingly

• You'll have experience working within general maintenance, with basic plumbing and electrical skills desirable
• You'll have experience within a customer-facing role
