The Who...

Whether you have a background in maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical work, this could be your next role. Experience in general maintenance and team leadership is essential; industry-specific or bowling technician experience is not required, as we will provide training in all other aspects of the role.

As a Facilities Team Leader, you will be a motivated, hands-on leader working alongside our centre team. You will lead and motivate your team to ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, oversee the centre's maintenance and regulatory compliance, and liaise with both staff and customers regarding any faults.

You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeship and management training programmes to support your career progression.

To be successful, we look for:

  • Initiative to identify and resolve faults proactively
  • Good IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
