Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to manage a maintenance team at a large site in Evesham. You will lead reactive maintenance, plan workloads, ensure safety and compliance, and drive improvements across the estate.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in facilities or estate maintenance.
• Experience coordinating reactive maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe practices.
• Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of building fabric and mechanical/electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of building fabric and mechanical or electrical maintenance
• IOSH Managing Safely or similar qualification would be advantageous
