Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Prescot is looking for a Facilities Services Administrator to coordinate daily operations across our NW sites, ensuring safe, welcoming workplaces and smooth-running facilities. You will liaise with contractors, manage procurements, handle service requests, and provide front-of-house support.

The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and a proactive approach. Full UK driving licence and health and safety awareness are desirable; IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to build professional relationships.
• Excellent organisation and time management across priorities.

• Willingness to travel to local North-West sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities operations and service requests.
• Liaise with contractors, issue permits to work, maintain records.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies and PPE.
• Provide front-of-house support and reception cover.
