Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Liverpool seeks a Deputy UK Facilities Manager to oversee national facilities, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and asset longevity with a mix of management and technical expertise.

You will lead maintenance and support services, manage budgets, and mentor engineers while acting as the internal technical authority for complex mechanical, electrical, and structural building issues. Travel to UK sites is required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of CMMS platforms and asset data to drive efficiency.
• UK statutory compliance standards for commercial/industrial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Maintenance and Facilities Support Services teams across the UK estate.
