Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning, catering, laundry and linen across 4 to 5 community hospitals. Based at Tiverton Hospital, you will lead frontline teams, coordinate staffing, monitor quality and deliver cost-effective services to support patient care across multiple sites.

You will require supervisory experience, strong communication and the ability to manage priorities across sites.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to organise workloads across multiple sites.
• Experience in facilities management, cleaning or catering is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning, catering, laundry and linen services
• Allocating staff to work areas
• Monitoring service performance across sites
