Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities services provision as planned and scheduled by the Community Facilities Management Team.
• Ensure compliance with National Standards of Cleanliness for the NHS and PLACE assessment actions.
• Ensure staff awareness and compliance with Health & Safety Policy and safe systems of work.
• Report and forward structural repairs or damage to the appropriate department for action.
• Oversee patient meal service including food ordering, stock rotation, and HACCP checks.
• Monitor food safety and storage in line with legislation and trust procedures.
• Complete cleanliness monitoring and rectification sheets as required.
• Supervise facilities services assistants and team leaders across community sites.
