Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Facilities Supervisor for the Southampton HMCTS site, working 40 hours a week with a 08:00–17:00 shift, Monday to Friday. Salary ranges between £27,500 and £28,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package. BPSS/DBS clearance is required to meet government contract security standards.

The role involves supervising cleaning teams to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service across the site. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industry/public cleaning services is required.
• Previous supervision of cleaning teams in multiple locations is essential.
• COSHH knowledge is desirable.
• Understanding health and safety principles is expected.
• Ability to motivate teams and lead remotely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams to maintain high cleanliness and customer service across the site.
• Lead on hygiene standards and safety compliance for a government contract.
• Coordinate multi-location cleaning operations and travel as required.
• Ensure effective communication and staff development.
