Job summary

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Full-time Senior Cleaning Supervisor to provide professional facilities services in a large building in Southampton. The role is 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 19:30, with pay at £14.00 per hour and four‑weekly payments.

You will manage and supervise all aspects of the operation, recruit cleaning staff, monitor staffing levels, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards while representing Samsic UK.

You will receive £14.00 per hour,paid four-weekly

Duties include but are not limited to, managing and supervising all aspects of the operation in line with the client-specific requirements, whilst representing Samsic UK.

• Adherence to all site rules and regulations, especially in line with health and safety. Inspection of all machinery and site equipment to ensure compliance with standardised health and safety.
• Recruiting cleaning staff and ensuring new staff are onboarded with the company’s regulatory standards.
• Monitoring staffing and consulting with your line manager on procedures.

About you

• You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service.You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided, however, supervising experience of at least 2 years is preferable.
• Flexibility to align yourself with the site requirements or the businesses’ needs.
• Ability to develop client-orientated relationships to effectively present Samsic UK whilst working directly with the client.
