Job summary

Equans is seeking a highly organized Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Harrow on a fixed-term basis. The role involves leading cleaning teams across the HMCTS site, ensuring high hygiene, health and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Working Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 with flexibility for early starts, evenings and weekends, the role also requires travel to cover a region and successful BPSS clearance. Salary £30,000-£33,500 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in industry/public cleaning services.
• Previous experience supervising cleaning teams in multiple locations.
• COSHH knowledge desired.
• Understand basic health and safety principles.
• Able to motivate a cleaning team to attain a consistent specified standard of cleaning.
• Experience leading remote teams.
• Good communication and customer care skills.
• Team player demonstrating a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload with limited supervision.
• Basic knowledge on IT and Microsoft office systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning teams for the HMCTS site to maintain the highest hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service across the contract.
• Role requires Monday-Friday with some flexibility including early starts, evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to travel to cover a region.
