Equans is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our Southampton team, working 40 hours per week with a salary of £27,500.00 – £28,000.00 per annum plus benefits. The role requires travel and flexibility for early starts, evenings and weekends, with BPSS clearance being essential.
Role includes supervising cleaning teams, maintaining standards, and ensuring safe operations across locations while adhering to company policies and client expectations.

Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700
This is a Monday - Friday role, however there is some element of flexibility required with early starts, evening, and weekends. The role requires covering a region and therefore must be able to travel.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential
In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
