Equans is seeking a highly organized Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Harrow on a fixed-term basis. The role involves leading cleaning teams across the HMCTS site, ensuring high hygiene, health and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Working Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 with flexibility for early starts, evenings and weekends, the role also requires travel to cover a region and successful BPSS clearance. Salary £30,000-£33,500 depending on experience.

On offer is a salary of £30,000.00 - £33,500.00 per annum depending on experience and benefits package.Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700
Reporting to the area facilities Manager you will be the leading the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site that keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.As a facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.This is a Monday - Friday role, however there is some element of flexibility required with early starts, evening, and weekends. The role requires covering a region and therefore must be able to travel.For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essentialBPSS Quick GuideIn order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.These checks typically include:Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.Significant Periods Abroad: Any periods of 6+ months spent abroad in the past 3 years.
