Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for Brighton Law Courts on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is full time (40 hours/week) with a salary of £27,000–£29,500 per annum. You will lead cleaning teams to uphold top hygiene standards, with travel within the region and reporting to the Area Facilities Manager.

The role requires BPSS vetting and DBS clearance. Working Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00 with some flexibility for early starts, evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience of industry/public cleaning services (essential).
• Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential).
• COSHH knowledge (desirable).
• Understand basic health and safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning teams to maintain high hygiene standards on HMCTS site.
• Supervise across multiple locations and travel within the region.
• Coordinate shifts and ensure a consistent level of cleanliness and customer service.
