Job summary

Equans is seeking a Part-time Cleaning Supervisor to lead the team at Staines Magistrates' Court and Family Court. The role is 10 hours per week, with a shift pattern Monday to Friday 16:00–18:00 and a salary of £7,046.00 per annum. You will oversee daily cleaning tasks, support stock ordering, and maintain a positive site environment.

The role requires BPSS vetting and DBS clearance, full right to work in the UK, and a commitment to flexible working arrangements where possible.

• Experience as a Cleaner.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused environment.
• DBS clearance and BPSS vetting are required.

You will guide and motivate the team, lead by example, and ensure a positive work environment.For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.BPSS Quick GuideIn order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
