Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for Brighton Law Courts on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is full time (40 hours/week) with a salary of £27,000–£29,500 per annum. You will lead cleaning teams to uphold top hygiene standards, with travel within the region and reporting to the Area Facilities Manager.

The role requires BPSS vetting and DBS clearance. Working Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00 with some flexibility for early starts, evenings or weekends.

• Experience of industry/public cleaning services (essential).
• Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential).
• COSHH knowledge (desirable).
• Understand basic health and safety principles.

Equans is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Brighton Law Courts, The law Courts, Edward Street, BN20LG on a 6 month fixed term basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,000 - £29,500 per annum depending on skills and experience and benefits package.Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700What will you deliver?Reporting to thearea facilities Manager you will be the leading the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site that keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.As a facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.This is a Monday - Friday role, however there is some element of flexibility required with early starts, evening, and weekends. The role requires covering a region and therefore must be able to travel.For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting.
