Job summary

Equans is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for the Brighton Law Courts site. This full-time, fixed-term role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £32,500 per annum, plus a benefits package.

The role includes supervising cleaning teams to meet high hygiene and safety standards and requires travel across the region. The candidate will oversee operations, support shift patterns, and participate in security vetting (BPSS and DBS).

Qualifications

• Experience of supervising a cleaning team across multiple locations.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead staff.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to obtain BPSS vetting and DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate operations for the HMCTS site and ensure consistent service.
• Travel as required to cover the region and flexible shifts including early starts, evenings and weekends.
