Job summary

QE Facilities Ltd, based in the North East of England, seeks a supervisor to develop and monitor supervisory and domestic services staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and client well-being. You will coach teams, manage rotas, and ensure safety and infection control compliance across on-site premises.

Responsibilities include performance reviews, on-site supervision of contractors, fault logging and hands-on support when required, contributing to QE Facilities' service level delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising domestic services staff.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and health and safety standards.
• Ability to coach, train and assess staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise supervisory and domestic staff to maintain high cleanliness and order.
• Coach, train and monitor performance of team members.
• Review fault sheets from internal audits to monitor performance.
• Ensure safe working practices and infection prevention controls are followed.
• Check plugs and cables on domestic equipment and manage weekly rotas.
• Oversee external window cleaning and perform on-site quality checks.
