Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple services inc. Cleaning and Security essential.
• Experience managing catering services desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of M&E services and sub-contracted management are essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with budgets and supplier contracts.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the soft services teams across cleaning, catering, security, and reception operations.
• Oversee catering operation oversight, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Oversee third-party management of hard services and monitor quality and compliance.
• Manage supplier contracts and monitor KPIs/SLAs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, SIA regulations, and maintenance standards.
• Develop policies, schedules, and quality audits to maintain high standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing for cost-efficiency.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders and address queries and incidents promptly.
• Champion a culture of excellence and customer service across all services.
